Hello, I'm Lisa!

Photography wasn't part of some grand career plan, it simply found me. What began with a camera in my hands back in the 1980s grew into a lifelong passion, a successful business, and a wonderful community of clients and friends who have enriched my life beyond measure.

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of documenting some of life's most meaningful moments, from newborns and growing families to high school seniors, weddings, and multiple generations gathered together. The greatest honor is seeing families return year after year, trusting me to preserve their story.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me enjoying the simple things in life. My husband and I love country living, spending time with our growing family, riding motorcycles, relaxing by the pool, and occasionally escaping to a tropical island where the sunshine, warm breezes, and slower pace help us recharge.

Photography is more than a profession to me, it's a commitment to excellence. I am a member of Professional Photographers of America and have earned both the Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman degrees, in addition to becoming a Certified Professional Photographer. I am also an active member of both the Virginia and North Carolina Professional Photographers Associations, where I enjoy mentoring and encouraging photographers who are building their own careers.

My studio is located in the heart of Danville's River District at 442 Main Street, where I create timeless portraits designed to be enjoyed not just today, but for generations to come.
